Here Comes Chernobyl is a progressive southern punk band from Atlanta, Georgie featuring Cleveland, Illinois transplant Adam Carton. These songs are precise, recorded well and very interesting. They have a 21st century punk sound that seems thrash influenced, the last song even has a heavy stoner rock part. The vocals are a nice balance of thrash pop punk stylings with Adam's weird political poetic singing that makes this band worth checking out. Its tight and different, in a very good way. The lyrics seem very appropriate for those of us living in Amerika during the Great Recession. Here Comes Chernobyl!!!!
